We offer worldwide shipping of all our products with Australia Post and shipping cost is calculated automatically depending on your geographical location and total weight and size of your order.
**We will not cover any loss for lost items if registered or express post options are not selected. Losses claimed with express or registered post will be replaced after a minimum wait of 4 weeks and a postal investigations is returned.

How long will it take to get my order?
Generally we ship all orders in about a week from the time your payment has cleared, however sometimes it may take up to 10 business days. Why does it take time? While some product are always in stock, others are made as ordered.
If you need your order by particular date, please mention it in the order comment. We will do our best to get it to you in time. We offer Express Post option to minimise time in transit.
We do not accept return of following items because of the nature of these items

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
But returns will attract 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping fee is not refundable.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
There will be no refunds if you specified wrong or incomplete shipping address. Normally, those parcels will eventually be returned to us by Australia Post and we will re-send them to the right address at a cost of $10 within Australia or original shipping fee for customers outside of Australia.
We can’t offer refunds when you’ve changed your mind about your order, however we are more than happy to issue you with a gift voucher to the value of your return which is valid for one year.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In case where refund is due, we will credit your original payment method.
If you would like to exchange a product please contact us to discuss the most convenient way to arrange your exchange. Please note that it will take about five days once received to process returns or exchanges.
We will issue a gift voucher for any difference between the products which will be valid for one year.
Any exchange (other than ones due to our fault) will attract $10.00 shipping fee (for shipping in Australia). Shipping to other countries will be calculated at the time of shipping.
